Although there are different other methods and ways to do this on consoles as well, like using your phone as a hotspot and an app, like "Netlimiter", then blocking the same IP for your console.

No, this exact script is PC (Windows) only, as it requires a piece of software called AutoHotKey (AHK), which isn't available on other platforms. PSA: there is a new cayo payout limit, you cannot replay cayo as much as you want, as you wont receive money if you go over the limit. I have done the DCH heist probably around or over 50 times and the cayo heist like 30 times, always have been paid out and kept the heist. Technically, it should work for all heists, although I haven't tested all of them yet.

The more technical answer - the AHK script creates a Windows Firewall rule, which blocks R*'s servers IP. Short answer - it uses your PC's Windows Firewall to block your PC from accessing R*'s servers and preventing them to save your game progress to their servers. You 99.9% wont get banned for using this, but there still has to be a disclaimer. The chances of something happening because of this script or you screwing something up are nearly impossible.
